Summary

Iulia Vatamanu is a dedicated researcher with a strong interest in aging across the lifespan, with a particular focus on promoting healthy aging through physical activity. Her work explores how community-based physical activity initiatives influence the aging process, especially in the later stages of life. Iulia is especially interested in the social, psychological and physiological aspects of aging and how accessible, inclusive physical activity programs can enhance quality of life for older adults. Through this work, Iulia aims to contribute to evidence-based strategies that support aging populations and foster resilience and well-being in later life.
