Yes, all organizations need to submit a club renewal request every academic year.

You will be able to make purchases and submit requests to the CSE Accounting Office in Pack Life until June 30, 2026. All requests after July 1, 2026 must be submitted in Lounge.

ASUN club support funding will be available to request mid-July. A member of the funding board will send an email to all clubs when the funding request process is open.

You can continue to submit your club events in Pack Life until June 30, 2026. If you have an event pending in Pack Life by July 1, 2026 you will not need to resubmit it in Lounge. We will still accept all pending submissions in Pack Life.

Yes. In Fall 2026, the Lounge implementation team will be working on an integration with the University's financial system, Workday, to allow for clubs to see their account balance in Lounge. This feature is estimated to be available by January 1, 2027.

Your department can create a page in Lounge on July 1, 2026.

You can save information from the page if you want to add it to Lounge. If you need any assistance with saving information from your previous page, contact lounge@unr.edu and one of our team members will be able to assist you.

Your department will have access to Pack Life until June 30, 2026.

After your department has registered in Lounge, you will be able to add events to your page.
